Following METRON’s growing impact in Southeast Asia, such as the participation in French President Emmanual Macron’s official visit to Vietnam and Indonesia, METRON has now entered a strategic cooperation with Mitsubishi Electric.
METRON and Mitsubishi Electric Factory Automation have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a technical and commercial collaboration aimed at driving industrial decarbonization across Southeast Asia.
As part of this partnership, METRON and Mitsubishi will collaborate to ensure interoperability between the respective industrial platforms, to enable seamless and secure data exchange. Both companies will also explore joint business opportunities together, combining Mitsubishi Electric’s industrial footprint with METRON’s energy optimization technologies.
This partnership strengthens METRON’s efforts to accelerate the energy transition in the industrial sector, helping regional players to reduce their carbon footprint while boosting their performance.
